Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Site Supervisor in Draper, Utah. You will oversee on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling, and training to ensure contract compliance and high-quality service.

The role includes supervising personnel, handling incident reports, and coordinating regular training and performance reviews. The position requires at least one year of supervisory security experience, high school diploma, and relevant licensing or training.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass state licensing or required training for licensing.
• Must pass a driving license test if using company or client vehicles.
• Minimum one year supervisory experience in security
• Active military or police training preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations on-site, including staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime within prescribed limits.
• Inspect personnel performance and contract compliance during shifts.
• Coordinate payroll, incident reports, and security surveys.
• Provide direction to subordinates and manage disciplinary actions.
