Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Industrial Site Supervisor in Utah to oversee on-site security operations, staffing, and training for a client site. The role ensures contract compliance, quality of service, and timely incident handling.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, valid licensure as needed, and a clean driving record. Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving company or client vehicle.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record may be required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to interpret and follow post orders and security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations on-site including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Monitor service quality and contract compliance; inspect personnel performance on shift.
• Assist in payroll processing, incident reporting, and security surveys.
• Provide direction to subordinates and make recommendations on personnel actions.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies as required.
• Lead post orders implementation and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Conduct disciplinary actions or commendations as appropriate.
