Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring an on-site Site Supervisor to manage the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality of service for a client site. The role focuses on overseeing staffing, training, and contract compliance to maintain high standards of security services.

The position requires leadership, effective communication, and strong problem-solving skills to coordinate personnel, respond to client requests, and implement efficient post orders and surveys.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass any state-required training or licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Minimum one year verifiable supervisory experience in security industry.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the security function on-site, including staffing, scheduling and on-site training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime at minimal level as designated by AUS.
• Regularly inspect security personnel and performance for quality and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys and post orders.
