Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Site Supervisor in Bloomington, CA on a Monday–Friday swing shift. The role oversees daily site operations, staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for security personnel responsible for client sites.

The candidate will coach staff, handle performance evaluations, enforce safety standards, and ensure compliance with contract requirements. Requires CA Guard Card and 2+ years security supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Minimum of one year verifiable and successful supervisory experience in security-related industry.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing and scheduling to maintain daily site operations.
• Schedule personnel and ensure adequate coverage, updating schedules in WinTeam.
• Resolve employee conflicts professionally and promptly.
• Conduct coaching sessions and performance evaluations.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Provide training and guidance to security professionals.
• Ensure contract and client standards are met.
