Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass any state-required training or licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Must possess one or more of: military service, Auxiliary Police, Police Cadets, one year supervisory experience, or an associate's degree.
• Be at least 18 years of age (21 if armed).
• Able to operate radio/console equipment and interact with the public.
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong problem solving and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security function including staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Minimize overtime as designated by AUS.
• Regularly inspect personnel and performance for contract quality.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, security surveys, and post orders.
• Recommend personnel actions and respond to client requests.
• Provide direction to subordinates and manage disciplinary actions.
