Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor in Indiana to manage the on-site security operation for a client. The role encompasses staffing, scheduling, training, and quality assurance to ensure service levels meet contract requirements.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience, is able to pass licensing requirements, and can supervise a team while coordinating payroll and incident reporting. This full-time position offers benefits after 60 days and a 6 AM–2 PM Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass state-required training/licensing as applicable.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience in security preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security staff, staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure contract training and screening elements for personnel are met.
• Monitor overtime and maintain contract quality and service levels.
• Inspect personnel performance and enforce contract compliance.
• Coordinate payroll, incident reports, and post orders as needed.
• Recommend personnel actions and respond to client requests.
• Provide direction to subordinates and manage disciplinary actions.
