Job summary

Allied Universal, Eldridge, CA, is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee service delivery on a shift and coordinate with site supervision, the Account Manager, and security officers. You will supervise staff, provide coaching, and maintain quality standards on site.

Applicants must have a CA driver’s license with a clean record and at least 2 years of security experience, be 18+, and hold a HS diploma or equivalent, with background checks and drug testing as required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or 5 years verifiable experience.
• CA Driver’s License with clean driving record (driving positions).
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within policy.
