Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor for our Sacramento, CA client site. The role oversees daily security operations, staffing, scheduling, and on-site training to ensure service quality and contract compliance.

Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of supervisory security experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to pass required trainings. Competitive pay at $27.00 per hour plus benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing
• Pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle
• Supervisor experience in security (1+ year)
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline
• 18+ years of age (21+ if armed)
• Operate radio/telephone equipment and/or console monitors
• Excellent communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for Allied Universal personnel
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met
• Maintain overtime to a minimum or designated level
• Ensure quality of service and contract compliance through regular inspections
• Handle payroll reviews and post orders as needed
• Make recommendations for personnel actions for those supervised
• Respond to client requests and provide direction to subordinates
• Issue emergency notifications per site Post Orders
• Identify productivity and cost-reduction opportunities
• Recommend security surveys and post orders
