Responsibilities

• Oversee security function on-site including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for all personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screenings are completed.
• Maintain overtime at a minimal level as directed.
• Inspect security personnel performance to ensure contract compliance and service quality.
• Assist with payroll, incident reports, security surveys, and post orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates and make disciplinary or commendation recommendations.
