Job summary

Global Adult Care Services LLC is seeking a Site Supervisor for DSP to lead a small team and support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live safely and with dignity at home and in the community.

This role requires hands-on caregiving, supervising Direct Care Staff, and coordinating daily activities, with open availability 7a-3p, weekends rotating, and on-call duties. A high school diploma and two years of healthcare supervision are requested.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Two years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background checks and required clearances.
• CPR/First Aid and Medication Administration trainings (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care, supervision, and companionship tailored to each individual’s needs.
• Supervise Direct Care Staff to ensure services follow the Individual Support Plan.
• Oversee all aspects of the assigned unit as site supervisor.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, meals, medication admin, and light housekeeping.
• Support individuals during community outings, appointments, and recreational activities; provide transportation as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
• Complete accurate documentation, including daily notes and incident reports, per agency and state regulations.
• Follow policies, procedures, and compliance standards, including Chapter 6400 regulations.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and families regarding needs and progress.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and respect at all times.
• Open availability, 7a-3p schedule, rotating weekends, On Call 1-2 days a week.
• Demonstrate organization, time management, and flexibility for success.
