Job summary

The Site Manager at Mental Health Association's New Ways Services - ABI Division oversees daily operations at the West Springfield site, ensuring high standards of service delivery for participants and maintaining a safe, supportive environment.

The role requires coordinating staff schedules, managing medications, handling program finances with oversight, and supporting hiring, onboarding, and training, while engaging with the team to achieve program goals.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and adequate auto insurance.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to pass a background and CORI check.
• Comfortable providing personal care to participants.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff schedules and maintain adequate staffing ratios to ensure smooth program operations.
• Oversee medication management, including counts, ordering, documentation, and verification.
• Manage program finances, including petty cash, money counts, and check requests, with oversight from the Program Coordinator.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new staff members to support program growth.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of medications, participant goals, behavioral data, and incident reports.
• Schedule and support participant attendance for medical, therapy, and community appointments.
• Promote a safe and supportive environment by addressing safety concerns, reporting incidents, and modeling positive engagement with participants.
• Communicate effectively with the Program Coordinator and team, participate in meetings and training, and collaborate to achieve program goals.
