Job summary

New Ways Services – ABI Division seeks a Site Manager to oversee daily operations at our assigned site, ensuring high-quality service delivery for participants. This role reports to the Program Coordinator and maintains a safe, efficient, and supportive environment.

The position offers a pay rate of $20.50–$21.50 per hour with open shifts Tue, Wed, and Fri 12pm–8pm, Thu 9am–5pm, Sat 8am–4pm (40 hours). Responsibilities include staffing coordination and medication management to support program

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and adequate auto insurance.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to pass a background and CORI check.
• Comfortable providing personal care (bathing, dressing, mobility).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least six months of relevant experience; experience with brain injuries or disabilities is desirable.
• Strong commitment to a safe, supportive environment for participants.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff schedules and maintain staffing ratios for smooth operations.
• Oversee medication management, counts, ordering, documentation, and verification.
• Manage program finances, including petty cash and check requests, under supervision.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new staff.
• Ensure accurate documentation of medications, participant goals, behavioral data, and incidents.
• Schedule and support participant attendance for medical, therapy, and community appointments.
• Promote a safe environment by addressing safety concerns and reporting incidents.
• Communicate with the Program Coordinator and team; participate in meetings and trainings.
