Channel Islands YMCA seeks a Site Supervisor to assist in planning, supervising, and implementing childcare programs (Before-/After-School, Summer Camp, School Break Care) in line with California licensing guidelines.

The role supervises up to 14 children independently or 20 with guidance, ensuring a safe, engaging environment and adherence to HEPA standards and enrollment targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years old.
• Must be able to supervise up to 14 children independently or 20 with guidance per licensing.
• Complete required certifications within 60 days of hire.
• Complete branch and position trainings within two weeks of hire.
• Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Assist in planning, supervising, and implementing childcare programs (Before-/After-School, Summer Camp, School Break Care).
• Supervise children per licensing guidelines.
• Provide quality care and a safe environment for all children.
• Ensure HEPA standards are met within the program.
