Corevia Search is seeking a Site Superintendent for a major data center project. This remote-based role requires extensive field leadership, coordinating with subs and vendors to drive schedule, quality, safety, and client satisfaction from mobilization through closeout.
You will own MOPs/SOPs for live, occupied infrastructure, build strong relationships with clients, and travel extensively across markets to ensure project success.
Location: Remote-based / Field assignment (75% travel required)
Compensation: Up to $300,000 total compensation (base + bonus/incentives)
Our client is a specialist general contractor that builds exclusively for the data center sector, no diversification into other asset classes, just deep, focused expertise in mission-critical facility construction. With a project backlog exceeding $2 billion, they are currently mobilizing a Site Superintendent for a $400 million data center project, one of several large-scale builds currently underway across their portfolio.
Lean and fast-moving, the company currently runs at around 50 staff and has an active growth plan to reach 150 staff within the next two years a genuine ground-floor opportunity to grow with a company scaling rapidly in one of construction's highest-demand sectors. Because they only build data centers, every hire is chosen for deep sector fluency rather than general construction breadth.
This firm has built its reputation by taking on the projects other contractors turn away from technically demanding, schedule-driven builds where live critical systems, tight tolerances, and high client expectations are the norm rather than the exception.
They are looking for superintendents who thrive in that environment and want to work alongside other top performers, not carry a team of average ones.
As Site Superintendent, you will take ownership of day-to-day field execution on a major data center construction project translating design intent into real-world results in partnership with subcontractors, vendors, and the broader project team. You'll be the person on the ground driving schedule, quality, safety, and client satisfaction from mobilization through closeout.
