Job summary

Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. is seeking a Site/Shift Supervisor to lead security operations for a fast-growing client. The role focuses on greeting personnel, guiding visitors, badge administration, and maintaining a safe environment across sites.

The ideal candidate will be personable, adaptable, and able to enforce safety standards. Includes 80 hours of comprehensive training in wellness procedures and security techniques, including threat detection and de-escalation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Guard card or BSIS certification and First Aid CPR/AED required (training provided).
• Experience in concierge/reception or front-desk roles is a plus.
• Able to stay calm and composed in stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and process personnel and visitors, issue badges, assist as needed.
• Answer calls, direct inquiries, and log voicemail.
• Report suspicious persons or events in coordination with stakeholders.
• Support additional duties such as Parking Validation, Package Tracking, and Security Access/Video Monitoring.
• Assist in emergency safety and security response efforts.
