Job summary

Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. is seeking a Site/Shift Supervisor to support client sites with a focus on safety and exceptional service. The role involves greeting personnel and visitors, coordinating badge checks, answering calls, and monitoring security operations.

Open nights, weekdays, holidays with overtime; prior concierge/security experience is a plus; BSIS guard card or equivalent required. Inter-Con offers comprehensive training and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required; guard card/BSIS certification preferred.
• Calm, courteous, and able to interact with the general public in busy environments.

Responsibilities

• Greet and process personnel and visitors, badge administration, assistance as needed.
• Answer incoming calls and log voicemail; direct as appropriate.
• Report and monitor suspicious persons or events with client/Inter-Con stakeholders.
• Perform additional duties (Parking Validation, Package Tracking, Security Access/Video Monitoring) as required.
• Assist in emergency safety/security response efforts.
