Responsibilities

• Make access badges in accordance to SLA.
• Monitor post activity to ensure security of the facility, preventing unauthorized access.
• Review and save CCTV video regarding incidents.
• Complete incident reports by end of shift.
• Respond to alarms in accordance to SLA standards.
• Conduct patrols and report suspicious activity and safety hazards.
• Provide direction and support to associates with security matters as needed.
• Perform escorts if requested.
• Assist with emergencies and evacuations as required.
