Job summary

Hudbay Minerals is seeking a Site Services Supervisor for the Cactus project in Arizona. You will oversee maintenance activities, lead a team of technicians, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred.
• 5+ years in facility maintenance or plant operations.
• 2+ years in supervisory roles.
• MSHA or OSHA training preferred.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems.
• Mining operation experience advantageous.
• First Aid/CPR training beneficial.
• Experience with water/sewer utility interfaces advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Direct maintenance and repair activities for core facilities and infrastructure.
• Lead preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
• Oversee safety compliance and regulatory requirements on site.
