Leidos is seeking a Site Service Business Lead to coordinate service planning, performance, and execution for Network Connectivity Service requests. The role anchors on-site communications across program leadership, government stakeholders, and IT service providers to drive delivery and resolve issues.

The Digital Modernization Sector at Leidos has an opening for a Site Service Business Lead (SBL) to support the contract’s program and with the customer’s service processes, projects and procedures. The Site SBL is the focal point on service planning and performance coordination with other customer enterprise IT service providers and with the appropriate Government stakeholders to determine service specific changes needed throughout the life of the Service via Service Fulfillment, and execution of Network Connectivity Service requests. This position works closely with program Site Lead, program leadership, customer leadership, and representatives of other IT service providers under the customer’s IT ecosystem.

Pay Range $116,350.00 - $210,325.00
