Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee the on-site security function for a client site, including staffing, scheduling, training, and daily operations.

The role requires a high school diploma and the ability to pass state licensing tests, plus at least one year of supervisory security experience; military or police background is a plus. You will ensure contract compliance, manage incidents and reports, and coordinate with the client to maintain service quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year verifiable and successful supervisory experience in security-related industry.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Be able to pass state licensing tests if required.
• Must be at least 18 (21 if armed).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security functions including staffing, scheduling, and training for Allied Universal personnel at the site.
• Ensure training and screening elements for security personnel meet contract requirements.
• Maintain overtime at or below designated levels.
• Inspect personnel and performance to ensure service quality and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, security surveys, and post orders documentation.
• Make recommendations on personnel actions and cost reductions.
• Respond to client requests and coordinate with site management.
