Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee the on-site security function, training, and administration for a client site. The role emphasizes staffing, scheduling, payroll reviews, and quality assurance to meet contract requirements.

The position requires an active DoD TS-SCI clearance, a high school diploma or equivalent, and supervisory experience in security. Compensation is $34.37 per hour with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Pass any required licensing or state tests.
• Must meet one or more of the following: active military, Auxiliary Police, or 1+ year supervisory experience in security.
• Be at least 18 (21 if armed) and able to operate radio/console.
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong problem solving.
• Ability to interact with the public cordially.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all security functions on-site are performed diligently (staffing, scheduling, training).
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum or preset level.
• Inspect security personnel and performance for contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys.
• Recommend personnel actions and respond to client requests.
