Job summary

Securitas, Inc. is seeking a Security Site Supervisor to supervise Security Officers and Lead Officers at client sites, ensuring that post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed.

You will coach staff, conduct training, and maintain client satisfaction through effective security operations. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of related supervisory experience; retail background is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, plus 2 years of related experience or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or security-related experience, preferably in retail
• Licenses for security officers may be required by state/county/municipality

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and Lead Officers at one or more client sites, ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed
• Coach and discipline personnel; document coaching and disciplinary actions
• Train officers, review assignments and post orders, and assist with payroll/submissions as designated
• Ensure adequate post coverage and prepare/review routine reports and logs
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and deliver quality customer service
