Job summary

SCISUSA is seeking a Security Supervisory professional to oversee Security Officers and Lead Officers at client sites. You will ensure post orders are followed, supervise staff, and coordinate training and reporting to maintain high security standards.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching and communication abilities, plus adherence to company policies and safety regulations. On-site work at client locations with varying shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum active Interim Secret clearance required.
• Ability to acquire and maintain any other site-specific clearances/access requirements.
• Must meet state and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers.
• Two years of security-related training or supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience as determined by the company.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and other personnel at client site(s).
• Ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed; file reports.
• Coach and discipline staff; document actions.
• Train officers and review assignments.
• Assist in payroll submissions and personnel information submissions.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
• Prepare, file and submit various reports as required.
• Meet client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide quality customer service.
• Carry out supervisory duties per company policies and applicable laws.
• May perform the duties of a Security Officer as needed.
