Responsibilities

• Lead Security Officers and other personnel at client sites, ensuring post orders and rounds are followed.
• Coach and discipline staff; document coaching actions and performance.
• Train Officers and review assignments with subordinates.
• Assist in payroll and personnel data submission as needed.
• Coordinate with management to ensure adequate coverage of all posts.
• Prepare and file required reports; meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met.
• Conduct interviews, orient new hires, and participate in performance appraisals as needed.
