Job summary

You will supervise staff, manage daily tasks, ensure accurate timekeeping, and coordinate with law enforcement as needed. This role offers an opportunity to apply strong leadership and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• State or municipality mandated security officer licenses.
• Must have a security guard license or be able to obtain one within an acceptable period.
• 3–5 years civilian law enforcement, private or corporate security experience or military experience with a favorable discharge.
• Criminal Justice degree or law enforcement related degree

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day security operations and staff for the client site.
• Schedule, overtime management, review daily logs and incident reports.
• Monitor staff performance, conduct evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain up-to-date timekeeping records for staff.
• Coordinate with local, state, and federal law enforcement as needed.
