Job summary

Harvard Protection Services, LLC. seeks Field Supervisors to lead a portfolio of customer accounts while ensuring high-quality security and life safety services. You will supervise, train, and mentor staff, manage schedules and timekeeping, and provide professional customer-focused security leadership across shifts.

The role requires strong communication, reliable transportation, and a security guard license, with opportunities to progress within a fast-paced, employee-centric organization.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years civilian law enforcement or private or corporate security experience.
• 2-4+ years military experience with a favorable discharge.
• Must have reliable means of communication and transportation.
• Must have a security guard license or be able to obtain one within an acceptable period.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, customer service environment.
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision of a portfolio of customer accounts.
• Inspect, supervise, train, coach, mentor, and lead security personnel.
• Manage scheduling, overtime, and review daily logs and incident reports.
• Assist in monitoring staff performance including evaluations and disciplinary matters.
• Prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; compile weekly/monthly manager reports.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate established emergency procedures.
