Qualifications

• State or municipality mandated security officer licenses.
• 1–3+ years civilian law enforcement or private or corporate security experience.
• 2–4+ years military experience with a favorable discharge.
• Reliable means of communication and transportation.
• Security guard license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Lead security personnel to meet contract requirements and ensure quality services.
• Schedule, manage overtime, review daily logs and incident reports, and train staff.
• Monitor staff performance, conduct evaluations, and handle disciplinary matters as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date timekeeping records and prepare weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reports.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and follow established procedures.
