Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee on-site security operations at a Dayton-area site. The role focuses on staffing, scheduling, training compliance, and quality control to meet client expectations.

You will supervise security personnel, enforce post orders, and coordinate with the client, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to contract requirements while managing overtime and payroll tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• State licensing and training prerequisites must be met.
• Must meet licensing and driving qualification requirements if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security operations, including staffing and scheduling.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are completed.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement as designated.
• Inspect security personnel performance and adherence to post orders.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, and security surveys.
• Provide direction to subordinates and manage disciplinary actions.
• Respond to client requests and provide clear communications.
• Support productivity and cost reduction initiatives.
