Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor for Spartanburg, SC. The role oversees security operations, staffing, scheduling, and training for a client site. You will ensure training and screening compliance, manage overtime, and drive quality service and contract compliance.

The position requires supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong customer service skills. Morning and afternoon shifts are available, with base pay of $23.96 per hour and full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License with driving experience and clean record.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience in security-related industry or an Associate's degree or higher.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling and training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime at a minimal level as designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel performance and contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, security surveys and post orders.
