Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass state-required training or licensing qualifications.
• Minimum of five years verifiable supervisory experience in security.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.
• Be at least 18 years old (21 if armed).
• Ability to operate radio/console equipment and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all security operations on-site, including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and licensing elements are met for security personnel.
• Minimize overtime as directed by AUS.
• Regularly inspect personnel and performance for contract compliance and quality of service.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys as needed.
• Recommend personnel actions and respond to client requests.
• Issue emergency notifications following site Post Orders.
