Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee on-site security operations, staffing, and training for a client’s site. The role emphasizes supervising a team, ensuring contract compliance, and coordinating with client requests.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to pass required licensing tests; leadership experience with 5–10 staff is preferred. Competitive weekly pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Supervisory experience in security-related industry preferred.
• Ability to pass state-required training or licensing tests.
• Be at least 18 years old and able to operate radio/console.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations on-site and manage staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure training and screening elements for personnel meet contract requirements.
• Maintain overtime to specified limits and monitor service quality.
• Inspect personnel performance and contract compliance on shifts.
• Prepare security surveys and post orders; assist payroll and incident reviews.
• Provide guidance to subordinates and make disciplinary decisions as needed.
• Coordinate with client requests and respond to emergencies per site orders.
