Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee the professional operation, administration, and quality assurance of uniformed security services at a client site. The role includes staffing, scheduling, training, and maintaining contract compliance.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, state licensing readiness, and supervisory experience in security. Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass state-required training or licensing.
• Must pass state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all security on-site, including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Limit overtime to mandated levels and monitor cost efficiency.
• Inspect security personnel performance to assure quality of service and contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, security surveys, and post orders as needed.
• Recommend personnel actions and provide guidance to subordinates.
• Respond to client requests and provide clear direction to the team.
• Contribute to physical security surveys and post orders updates.
