Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor for on-site security operations in Austin, TX. You will manage staffing, scheduling, training, and ensure contract compliance while maintaining high service quality.

Qualifications

• Must pass State-required training or licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving company- or client-provided vehicle.
• Minimum of one year verifiable supervisory experience in security.
• Be at least 18 years of age, or higher if required by the state (21 years, if armed).

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security staffing, scheduling and training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement designated by AUS.
• Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by regular inspection of personnel.
• Perform other operations and related functions (e.g., payroll, incident reports).
• Make recommendations for personnel actions for those under supervision.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies per site Post Orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates on duties.
• Disciplinary action/commendation decisions for security personnel.
• Suggest productivity and cost reduction improvements.
