Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor in Orlando to manage on-site security operations, staffing, training, and compliance for a client site. The role emphasizes leadership, reliability, and adherence to post orders while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

The position offers a competitive $22.50 per hour rate, full-time hours, and opportunities for ongoing training and advancement within a dynamic security environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass state training/licensing where required.
• Ability to pass state licensing test if driving a company or client vehicle.
• Active duty military, police reserve, or related supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations on-site, including staffing and scheduling.
• Ensure training and screening for personnel meet contract requirements.
• Minimize overtime as directed by AUS and maintain quality service.
• Inspect personnel performance and contract compliance on shifts.
• Handle payroll reviews and security surveys or post orders as needed.
• Provide direction to subordinates and manage disciplinary actions.
• Respond to client requests and emergency notifications as required.
• Contribute to cost reduction and recommendations for post orders.
