Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor in Florida to manage on-site security operations, training, and client satisfaction. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday from 7am to 3pm, with a pay rate of $19.25 per hour.

The supervisor will oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and ensure contract compliance and quality service at the client site. The position requires supervisory experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to pass applicable state training or

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Must be able to pass state-required licensing/training as applicable.
• Active security-related supervisory ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security functions, including staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening for personnel are met.
• Maintain minimal overtime as designated by AUS.
• Inspect personnel and performance for quality of service and contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, and security surveys/post orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates and manage disciplinary actions.
