Allied Universal is seeking a Security Site Supervisor Experienced Protection to oversee the on-site security operations, staffing, and quality assurance for a client site. The role emphasizes supervision of personnel, incident handling, and adherence to contract requirements.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, supervisory security experience, and the ability to pass licensing tests; strong communication, problem solving, and teamwork are essential for delivering reliable

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass state-required training or licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving company or client vehicle.
• Minimum supervisory experience in security industry; Associate's degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security functions including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for Allied Universal personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel are completed.
• Minimize overtime per AUS-designated requirements.
• Regularly inspect personnel and performance to ensure quality of service and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, review and maintain incident reports, and assist in security surveys and post orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates and manage disciplinary or commendation actions as needed.
