Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Site Security Supervisor for a facility located near Tinton Falls, NJ. Starting salary is $22.20 per hour with Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm shifts. Requires security experience and at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a security-related field.

The Site Supervisor will oversee on-site security operations, training, staffing, scheduling, and compliance with contract requirements. Benefits include health insurance and 401k options for full-time roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Pass any State-required training or licensing for the role.
• Pass a state licensing test if driving company- or client-owned vehicle.
• Minimum of one year verifiable supervisory experience in security.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.
• Be at least 18 years of age (21 if armed).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all security on-site: staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for AUS personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel.
• Minimize overtime per AUS requirements.
• Inspect security personnel and performance to ensure quality of service and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, review/maintain incident reports, assist with security surveys and post orders.
• Recommend personnel actions (positive/negative) for direct reports.
• Respond to client requests.
• Issue emergency notifications per site Post Orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates regarding duties.
• Make disciplinary/commendation decisions for security personnel.
• Suggest productivity and cost-reduction measures to management.
• Provide recommendations for physical security surveys and post orders.
