Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Professional Security Shift Supervisor for a full-time site in Jersey City, NJ. Shifts are Sunday to Wednesday, midnight to 8 AM, with a pay rate of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities include supervising security officers, coordinating service delivery, and acting as liaison with management. Required are at least 18 years old, a HS diploma or equivalent (or 5 years of verifiable experience), and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports/logs neatly and legibly.
• Read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Valid Driver’s License may be required for driving positions.
• Background check and drug test may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security staff on the assigned shift.
• Coordinate delivery of quality services with site supervisor and account management.
• Act as liaison between client site and management.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within policy.
