Job summary

Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services provider, is hiring a Site Supervisor for a Hackettstown, NJ site. This full-time role handles on-site security operations, staff supervision, and client coordination, with a focus on compliance and quality assurance.

You will oversee staffing, training, and performance, ensuring contract standards are met. The position requires a valid driver's license, and offers paid training and growth opportunities within a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Minimum supervisory experience in security-related industry; or an associate degree or higher.
• Must be 18+ (21+ if armed).
• Must operate radio/telephone equipment and/or console monitors.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and written skills.
• Demonstrated ability to interact cordially with the public.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all security on-site, including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for all personnel assigned to the site.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement.
• Inspect security personnel and job performance to ensure quality and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and assist in security surveys and post orders.
• Make recommendations for personnel actions and respond to client requests.
• Provide direction to subordinates and manage disciplinary actions as needed.
• Support cost reduction and productivity improvements; advise on post orders.
