Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor in Evansville, IN to lead on-site security operations for a client site. You will manage staffing, scheduling, training, and daily compliance to contract requirements, while ensuring quality service and cost control.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, supervisory experience, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Full-time hours are 6AM–2PM, with orientation and training provided.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass state-required training/licensing.
• Supervisory experience in security is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in security.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security, staffing, scheduling, and training for AUS personnel.
• Ensure training and screening elements for security personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated.
• Inspect security personnel and performance for contract compliance.
• Perform payroll, review incident reports, and assist in security surveys.
• Recommend personnel actions for staff under supervision.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies per site orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates and manage disciplinary actions.
