Job summary

Allied Universal in Florida is seeking a Site Manager to oversee day-to-day security operations for an assigned client site and lead a team of officers and supervisors. You will manage hiring, payroll, training, and performance, while coordinating client relationships to meet financial and service goals.

You will ensure contract compliance, timely reporting, and effective communication with the client, while promoting staff development and service excellence across the account.

Qualifications

• Four year degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration or related field.
• Previous Contract Security, facilities management, military or law enforcement experience.
• At least 2 years of business management/operations/supervisory experience.
• Ability to develop and grow customer relationships.
• Experience in hiring, developing, motivating and retaining quality staff.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day to day security operations of an assigned client site.
• Manage a team of security officers and supervisors including hiring, payroll, and training.
• Ensure high quality security services to protect people and property.
• Build and maintain relationships with client and employees.
• Coordinate support services to meet financial and operational goals.
• Ensure reporting and contract compliance requirements are met.
• Communicate staffing needs and assist recruiters in hiring quality candidates.
• Develop staff through performance management and training.
