Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor in Florida to oversee on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling, and training. You will ensure contract compliance, quality of service, and efficient incident reporting while coordinating with clients and the AUS team.

The role requires supervisory experience in security, a high school diploma (or equivalent), and ability to obtain licenses as needed. Attractive benefits and a stable schedule are provided.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass state-required training or licensing.
• Must be able to pass state licensing test if driving company or client vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security functions: staffing, scheduling, training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening for security personnel.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal level as designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel and performance for quality and contract compliance.
• Perform payroll-related and incident-report tasks; assist in security surveys and post orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates and actions on disciplinary matters.
• Respond to client requests and communicate effectively.
• Provide emergency notifications per site Post Orders.
• Identify productivity and cost-reduction opportunities for management.
