Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Security Director in Manchester, NH. This role reports to the Security Director, oversees a security team, and coordinates contract execution to protect client assets.

The position emphasizes leadership, training, and strong client service skills in a dynamic retail environment. The role requires 3–5 years of professional security experience, a NH Guard Card if applicable, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of professional-level experience in security or related field.
• Ability to obtain NH Guard Card and maintain active status.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License with clean record.
• Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills.
• Ability to train, coach others and enforce post orders.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Willingness to work outside normal shift schedule as needed.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate security contract tasks and assign work to officers.
• Supervise Shift Supervisors and Officers, coach and train staff.
• Evaluate performance and assign posts accordingly.
• Maintain post/training information and organize the site.
• Help conduct interviews and onboard new employees with Training staff.
• Oversee reports, logs and communications for the security department.
• Manage sub-units like fire/command room and docks; generate extra coverage requests.
• Respond to incidents, ensure proper documentation and notifications.
• Address payroll or employee relations issues and assist with investigations.
• Recommend disciplinary actions under guidance of Security Director/HR.
• Respond to client/site emergencies and maintain relationships.
• May perform Officer duties on occasion when needed.
