Job summary

Securitas USA is hiring for an Assistant Site Lead Security Officer in Manchester, NH. The role pays $20.00/hr and requires availability for Sundays, Mondays, and Tue–Thu shifts totaling 40 hours weekly with overtime possible for emergencies.

The position reports to the Security Director and involves coordinating tasks, supervising officers, training, maintaining post information, and ensuring client satisfaction at the site.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of professional-level security experience preferred.
• NH Guard Card and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate security tasks and direct officers at the site daily.
• Supervise, coach and train Shift Supervisors and Officers.
• Maintain post orders, reports and site logs accurately.
• Conduct interviews and assist training for new staff.
• Respond to emergencies and uphold client relations.
