SNHU Arena in Manchester, NH seeks a Security Manager to lead security and event staff during live events. You will plan schedules, coordinate hiring, and ensure safety procedures are followed across all venues operations.

The role requires 3+ years in security with supervisory experience; a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice is preferred. A valid driver’s license and ability to work varied hours are essential. Competitive compensation with benefits provided.

Qualificações

• 3+ years security experience required.
• 1+ year(s) security supervisory/manager experience required.
• Live events security experience preferred.
• Military or law enforcement experience desirable.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, direct and supervise security and event staff.
• Maintain master schedules for security personnel.
• Coordinate interviews and hiring of security staff.
• Prepare reports and annual updates to Emergency Operations Plan.
• Investigate incidents and ensure proper follow-up within 24 hours of serious events.
• Provide proactive guest service and safe event environment.
• Coordinate with operations, police, and emergency services as needed.
