Job summary

Adams and Associates, working with NH Job Corps in Manchester, NH, seeks a Senior Safety & Security Advisor to lead campus safety, manage visitor control, and foster a secure environment for students and staff. You will conduct regular risk assessments, respond to incidents, train staff, and collaborate with local organizations to raise safety awareness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid State-issued Driver's License.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong problem-solving and the ability to keep your cool under pressure.
• Preferred: CPR, First Aid or other safety training certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Safety & Security team to keep the Center safe, secure, and welcoming.
• Run regular campus assessments and audits and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee campus security, visitor control, and student accountability with a firm yet approachable style.
• Deliver safety training and education programs to staff and community members.
• Investigate incidents, document findings, and analyze data trends to improve safety strategies.
• Build relationships with local organizations to raise safety awareness.
