Job summary

Securitas Security Services is seeking a full-time Security Officer in Manchester, NH to monitor access, patrol facilities, and respond to alarms and emergencies. You will uphold security protocols and prepare incident reports, while delivering excellent service to employees, visitors, and clients.

Qualifications

• Must be able to apply for NH Guard Card (state-issued Security Guard license) upon receiving an offer.
• High level of professionalism.
• Sitting, standing and walking for long periods of time.
• Moderate level of computer knowledge needed.
• Comfortable greeting and talking to new people.
• MUST have GED or HS Diploma.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to complete all pre-employment requirements prior to starting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to client facilities.
• Perform regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of assigned areas.
• Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, including medical, fire, and other incidents.
• Enforce security protocols, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare and submit detailed incident and daily activity reports.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and emergency personnel.
• Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and clients.
• Conduct inspections and maintain equipment as required.
• Assist in risk assessments and proactive measures to enhance security.
