Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Security Site Supervisor to oversee Security Officers and Lead Officers at one or more client sites.

You will ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed, while coordinating with client representatives to meet security requirements and deliver quality service. The role requires at least 1 year of supervisor/management experience and a High School diploma or GED, with strong supervisory, communication, and customer

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of security-related experience.
• Retail experience is preferred.
• Possession of any applicable state licenses for Security Officers may be required.
• Knowledge of security operations, patrol, inspection and response.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and Lead Officers at client sites; ensure post orders and rounds are followed, and reports filed.
• Coach and discipline staff; meet with employees to document actions and improvements.
• Train Security Officers and review assignment details with the team.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submissions.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
• Prepare, file and submit various required reports.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements and quality service.
