Job summary

Securitas US Business Unit is seeking a Security Site Supervisor to oversee security officers at client sites. You will ensure post orders are followed, conduct coaching, train staff, and coordinate with management and clients to maintain high security standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of related security experience, plus preferred prior supervisory or military experience. Retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related security experience required.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Prior security or supervisory experience preferred.
• Military experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and lead personnel on client sites and ensure post orders are followed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document actions and meet with employees.
• Train Officers; review post orders and assignment details.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submissions.
• Ensure adequate coverage of posts and positions with management.
• Prepare and submit various reports as required.
• Inspect posts and outline tasks for subordinates.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide customer service.
• Perform supervisory duties including interviewing, orienting and training staff; assign work and appraise performance.
• May perform duties of a Security Officer as needed.
