Job summary

Security Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Site Supervisor for 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7am-3pm) to oversee daily security operations at an assigned site in Georgia.

You will supervise security officers, enforce client policies, and act as primary contact for incidents and client concerns. Requirements include a state security license (or ability to obtain one), 3+ years in security/military/law enforcement, and 1+ year supervisory/customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Must have or be able to obtain a State Security License.
• 21 years of age or older.
• 3+ years’ experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement.
• 1+ year supervisory and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Security Patrol & Monitoring: conduct routine patrols, check access points, respond to alarms.
• Security Operations & Compliance: enforce post instructions and policies, operate systems, monitor surveillance.
• Reporting & Communication: maintain logs, communicate with clients and management, keep uniform neat.
• Team Oversight & Support: guide security officers, ensure procedures, assist with scheduling and onboarding.

Conditions of Employment

Role Summary

The Site Supervisor oversees daily security operations at an assigned site, ensuring the safety of personnel, property, and assets. This role supervises security officers, enforces company and client policies, and serves as the primary site contact for client concerns and incident response.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have or be able to obtain a State Security License
• 21 years of age or older
• 3+ years’ experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement
• 1+ year supervisory and customer service experience

Duties & Responsibilities

Security Patrol & Monitoring

• Conduct routine walking patrols to identify and address security risks
• Monitor access points and verify credentials
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies according to protocol

Security Operations & Compliance

• Enforce Security Post Instructions, company, and client policies
• Lock/unlock facilities, operate security systems, and monitor surveillance
• Address policy violations (e.g., smoking, loitering, parking)

Reporting & Communication

• Maintain accurate activity and incident logs
• Communicate effectively with officers, clients, and management
• Maintain a professional appearance in a clean, pressed uniform

Supervisory Responsibilities: Yes

Team Oversight & Support

• Provide guidance and directions to security officers
• Ensure adherence to security procedures and customer service standards
• Assist with scheduling and shift coverage as needed
• Serve as primary contact for client issues and escalations
• Review incident reports for accuracy and completeness
• Support onboarding and training of new personnel

Education & Experience

Minimum:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years’ experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement

• Associate’s degree or higher
